I am dissapointed in autel datalogging support

    I have a two pending issues with my mini that I sent to autel through support dataloging since two weeks now and I have not gotten any response till date.
    Why promising 48 hours responds period for customer queries when it cannot be honoured. I am really dissapointed in the autel brand

     I am sorry for the delay. Once you uploaded the datalog, please send us email to us so we can solve it as our earliest.

    As for 99 Nisscan failed to get communication with EOBD, it is because this car may not OBDII compliant, it is suggested you use Nisscan vehicle software to test it.

    As for live data play back, it will only record the current page data, so you need to select the PIDs and click Show, then these PIDs will be showed only in the current screen. Then you can click Record to save all these data.
